Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Australian dollars, unless otherwise indicated. Pure & You Essential Skincare reserves the right to change or update prices without prior notice.

Payment

We accept payment via credit card and PayPal. Payment is due in full prior to the dispatch of goods.

Orders, Delivery & Cancellation 

When placing an order, you may be prompted to create a customer username and password. By signing up as a customer, you facilitate efficient processing of future orders.

Orders can also be placed without creating a customer account by selecting to sign in as a guest.

We are not liable for products not received due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Please ensure the correct delivery address is entered when placing an order.

Property and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery to your nominated delivery address. No cancellations or amendments to an order are permitted once payment is received and the order is submitted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their order and delivery information before submission.

Handling & Delivery Times

To ensure freshness, our products are handmade fresh in small batches. Handling times typically range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on product availability.

While we strive for consistency, slight variations between batches may occur due to the use of raw and unrefined natural ingredients.

Delivery times within Australia vary depending on location. Please refer to Australia Post's website for estimated delivery times.

We currently offer delivery to Australia and New Zealand. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pure & You Essential Skincare, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Address Errors / Amendments

Address amendments may be possible before dispatch. Please contact us promptly if an address error is identified. Amendments may be subject to a fee if the order is already in transit.

At Pure & You, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and want you to enjoy them as much as we do. Before using any of our products, please ensure you carefully read the product description and follow the directions for use on the label. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Refund Policy

Pure & You is not responsible for any individual reaction to specific ingredients. Please read our labels and ingredient lists carefully, and if you have allergies or sensitivities, avoid using ingredients that may cause a reaction. We recommend performing an allergy patch test on the leg or arm when trying new skincare products. Discontinue use if a reaction occurs.

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please email us, and if eligible, the product(s) must be returned to our PO Box. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds will be issued as store credit for faulty, or broken product packaging. Refunds will not be issued for the following occurrences. The customer accepts the following:

• Given our unique packaging is derived from biodegradable organic material, rather than plastic or glass, there may be instances where the paper pots become stained by oil. This is expected to occur over time and is more likely to occur more quickly when the room temperature is frequently at 30c or above.
• We endeavor to maintain the purity of our exceptional ingredients by avoiding chemicals and synthetic fillers as much as possible. As a result, fluctuations in temperature may occasionally alter the texture of the product, but this does not compromise its safety. We suggest storing products in a cool, dark, dry location, away from moisture, and preferably below 25°C.

Returned products undergo thorough inspection before processing a refund, which may take up to 4 weeks. Return delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
